I hope to use this blog to inspire someone else to keep running.
I have to start by introducing you to an amazing little girl. Without her in my life I would not be where I am today.
On June 2, 2010 we welcomed into the world our sixth child. On that day we were given an unexpected gift. Karsyn Angel Lynn Caldwell was born with Trisomy 21 (an extra copy of chromosome 21), better known as Down Syndrome. To say that we were shocked by her diagnosis would be an understatement. She definitely rocked our world. We had no idea how this little baby would change our lives.
She has changed us for the better. I know that God makes no mistakes and he made no mistake when he gave us Karsyn. Our lives are enriched by each day we get to spend with her. God has allowed our paths to cross with so many amazing people because of this precious little girl.
Sometimes life doesn’t go as we plan but we must choose to trust God’s plan and to keep RUNNING!!
When God has another plan, walk on and just say yes.
When God has another plan, be assured that he knows best.
When all your dreams are shattered, rest in his sufficient grace.
We don’t have to understand, when God has another plan.
